Located within the hotel, the Minerva Restaurant also has an excellent reputation with visitors from outside who enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere and the high quality of the Tuscan and international dishes on offer.

The Minerva Restaurant has its origins in a culinary tradition which goes back to the early 1950s. The story began with the "SPIEDO D'ORO" (the Golden Skewer), a famous restaurant in the old centre of Arezzo.  

At the beginning of the 1960s, it was decided to expand the business enterprise with the opening of a hotel: the HOTEL MINERVA. The new complex was inaugurated in November 1968, and then contained 80 rooms (today it has 125 rooms and 5 suites), together with a restaurant and large reception rooms for meetings and ceremonies.

Heir to the fine tradition of cooking developed at the SPIEDO D'ORO, the Restaurant MINERVA is now considered one of the top places to eat in the province of AREZZO.

The restaurant pays close attention to Minerva Celiac Disease and the carriers of this intolerance, for this offers its customers a choice between the alternatives proposed in the "Menu for Celiacs". All dishes on this menu are gluten free.
